While learning how to make gelato in Italy, Gino, the CEO and founder, decided that it was his passion to bring a taste of Italy back with him to the States. Hence, Dolce & Gelato Catering was born. With a single hand-built gelato machine and Gino as the sole employee, the company has grown since its humble beginnings in 2012 to a staple in the event industry.
